Pretty sure there is still one a little ways up the creek at a bait camp (havent used it in years). There is also a public ramp at the end of 172 in olivia. As for carancuhua, it has very limited access unless you are willing to run a good ways. I mainly fish the laguna madre and this bay looks like a whole different type of fishing.
